USATODAY.com – Vitamin C, E supplements may curb Alzheimer’s: “A study of 4,740 Utah residents suggests that antioxidant vitamin supplements, vitamin C and vitamin E in particular, might help protect brain cells from Alzheimer’s disease.

Researchers found that:

People taking vitamins C and E were 78% less likely to have had a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s at the study’s start.

Recruits taking the vitamins were 64% less likely to have developed the disease four years after the study began.
