Barron’s Online – Live to 150: “Exercise routines that make you sweat for 21 minutes can effectively turn you 3.7 years younger, writes Dr. Michael F. Roizen of the Cleveland Clinic in his new book, The RealAge Workout. Strength training with dumbbells and such can cut the risks of osteoporosis and other bone disorders by 80%, he says.”
