Should I start smoking?

Posted by sprague on November 15, 2010

@wolfram_alpha lets you compare various health indicators (like cholesterol, blood pressure) with those of the participants in the scientifically-valid Framingham study, giving you a good guess at your lifetime risk of heart disease.

The results show that, not only am I pretty unlikely to get heart disease (under 15% at age 85), my risk is still pretty low even if I smoke!  Hmmm….
